Mark Beckner is the principal of Inotek Consulting Group, which he founded in 2007 to help businesses improve their performance through technology solutions.
Mark is a leading expert on Microsoft BizTalk Server, and is the author of four books on the business process management server. He works with clients on business process development, implementations, and business integration, always striving to improve business productivity and profitability.
Mark works with domestic and international companies in many different industries, including health care, energy and power, telecommunications, not-for-profit, software, distribution, food, transportation, and many others. His broad experience allows him to bring creative design solutions to business process improvement engagements and technology implementations.
Outside of his work as a consultant and author, Mark is a frequent speaker and presenter as well—at the annual Microsoft TechEd conferences and at various other venues and industry events. He is an acquisitions editor for Apress, a technical publisher based in New York City. Mark is the lead item writer for various Microsoft certification exams.
