If the process is not documented, we start there, interviewing the key players to understand your process today, as well as where we can make improvements and gain efficiencies.

Road Map

Our road map details each phase of development, including clear objectives, a budget, and a schedule.

Implementation

In a technology implementation, we assess current software and technical infrastructure. We determine appropriate new technologies, and address configurations, maintenance, and training issues. We define your technology strategy and create a development cycle.

Development

The development phase includes system configuration, coding, and database modeling. We conduct testing along the way: local unit tests, integration tests, and module valuation. Once we achieve all milestones, we move to a production environment.

Support

We develop supporting documentation and train your staff on validating approaches, code reviews, and maintenance. Inotek also can provide ongoing technical and training support.
